Within 15 days of receipt of items
purchased from Faucet-Queen, customers may choose to return:
- Any new item in original packaging and in new
condition.
- Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Any item received in error.
Credits
and Shipping Costs
Within 15 business days of receipt of your returned item,
you will be issued credit for the original purchase price and applicable sales
tax.
Note: All
sales are final (no returns) on purchases of all Sale, Clearance or Closeout
items.
Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
